Loved the location and layout of the house. Positive: Location suited the purpose of our visit. It was easy to find and a very quiet street. Nice to have a few snacks supplied. Negative: Television was not working and this was NOT attended to even though owner assured me he would attend to it promptly. Some beds very uncomfortable and bedding too small for size of deluxe master bed. The level of cleanliness was poor, stove top had fat spots, I had to clean the sink before we used it, pots and pans supplied were unclean, there were lolly wrappers on the laundry floor and hair in the shower. Breakfast supplies were missing but some were delivered promptly when I messaged the owner but I don’t feel eggs, bread, pasta and two minute noodles were what we were expecting.

Was good overall. David is a great host, if you are not happy about something he promptly and pro actively fixes it for Positive: Its spacious, got everything you need, comfy beds and a nice well equipped kitchen. Great for families Negative: I needed to stay in Berwick so it was the right location for me. So nothing to not like about it.

Positive: Very homey and in a perfect area. House was nice and clean definitely will be back.
